Tuesday, October 30th, 2007The first use of cast iron columns was made in a textile mill in England late in the eighteenth century and consequently the economy, technology, and growth of metal structures have advanced in many phases.
The earliest metal structures on the land of the fifty states were set up with steel beams and framing during the latter part of the 19th century. In large part due to its nonflammable make-up, metal has appeared as a supply for a basic building component. Further, during this era, the origination of the basis for pre-fabricated metal buildings was realized.
